I'm Vagish Kapila — I run Sentio Development Inc, a general contracting company, and Varshyl Inc, where I build software for construction and AI workflows.
OpenPDF Studio started because I was paying $300/year for Adobe Acrobat just to sign and edit change orders. I was also paying for DocuSign separately. And chasing deposits with a third tool. It was absurd.
So I built one app that does all three things — and made it free and open source, because this is a problem everyone has.
